Shipping & Delivery

Bedding Orders

Your items will be shipped from our US distribution facility in Houston, TX by UPS ground service within 2-6 days. This is a free service for purchases above $100. Your tracking number will be issued to you after your products have been sent from our distribution center. We ask a signature on all orders since we feel our items have substantial worth. 


Please keep in mind that in rare situations, your purchase may be completed from another location, including our facility in Turkey. This may travel through a different carrier than UPS. This will not have any effect on delivery time or experience. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses; thus, please use an alternate address or your order may result in a failed delivery.
 

Futon Mattress & Mattress Topper Orders

Our mattresses and toppers are handcrafted by Turkish artisans. Shipping will come from our distribution location in Houston, TX or Turkey, and will be delivered to the building's front door in a streamlined box by UPS Ground Service. This will take 4-6 working days after ordering. This service is free for mainland US states; however, extra costs may apply for Canada, Hawaii, and Alaska. Our mattresses and toppers are sent from the United States, therefore there are no additional duty costs or taxes to pay.


Please keep in mind that mattress toppers and futons can be sent for free inside the United States mainland. If you want foreign delivery, we may do it at an extra cost based on location. For a shipping price, please send an email to us at info@wowfuton.com.
 

Duty Payments and Customs

Please keep in mind that goods transported to places outside of the United States may be subject to local taxes or other charges that WoW Futon has no control over. Any additional charges must be paid by the recipient of the goods. 

If your order is being delivered to someone else, please let them know that they will be responsible for any additional charges that may apply.

PLEASE NOTE: If an order is dispatched and the delivery fails or the items are refused, a return and admin charge of 50% of the total order value will be incurred to return the goods to us as the sender. This will be debited from the order's credit.
 

Other Shipping Information

  • We strive to meet estimated delivery schedules. However, delays are sometimes unavoidable due to unforeseen circumstances. We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the products or otherwise perform any obligation stipulated in these terms and conditions if it is entirely or partially caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, whether directly or indirectly.

  • Since our product is "of reasonable value," we have opted for a shipping option that needs a signature upon arrival. Please remember this when you place your order.Customers should notify us if, in the unlikely event that the items are not delivered within 15 working days of the shipping date. We'll search far and wide for the products, and if needed, we'll ship a replacement at our cost or issue a complete refund.

  • Customers should notify us within 7 working days of receiving the items if they arrive damaged in any manner, and they should return the goods as soon as they can. Once we get proof that the damaged goods have been returned, we will ship out a replacement.

  • On the day that the products are delivered to you or on the day that we make our first effort at delivery, you become responsible for any loss or damage to the items.

Please inspect your all product(s) and note any damage at time of delivery on your delivery receipt.

How we ship your orders?

We ship your products using the fastest, safest, and most dependable carrier. Everything we sell is hand wrapped, and we choose the finest shipping method to ensure speedy, secure delivery to your home. When we send your order, we will tell you via the email address you supplied. This email will include UPS’s tracking number for your purchases. We also provide you with the phone number and link so that you can track your order. The carrier gives you with an estimated arrival date and they will call you to schedule an appointment. Please inform us if there is anything unexpected about the shipment's status. 


UPS provides fast and reliable shipping available for all items we sell. It will ship directly to your home. Depending on how close you are to the distribution area of UPS, your item should arrive between 2-6 business days after it leaves our warehouse. We do require a signature on all shipments.


Shipping charges & free shipping

In order to keep your cost down and our pricing simple, we either provide Free Shipping or, in some cases, we charge shipping per item. The charges, if any are indicated upon check out. If you have purchased an item that says shipping included or free shipping, no additional charges will occur, unless you have added other items to the order. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Although shipping charges are built in or free with certain accessories and packages, actual shipping charges are non-refundable.


Shipping outside the 48 contiguous states
When you check out, your invoice will be transmitted to Customer Service. They will contact you within 1-2 business days to provide you with the shipping charges.


Risk of loss
All items purchased from WoWFuton.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

 

Product Descriptions
WoWFuton.com attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, WoWFuton.com does not warrant that product descriptions, color swatches or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If you purchase a product offered by WoWFuton.com and it is not as described when you receive it, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms of Use at any time. If any of these terms shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that term shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining term.


Custom Orders
All sales are final on custom order items. No refunds, no exchanges.
